I am an Internationally Trained Physician, as well as a Canadian-trained dietitian and health researcher. I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia where I moved in 2016. I currently work as a clinical dietitian with Nova Scotia Health and a part-time faculty at Mount Saint Vincent University. Previously, I worked as a full-time researcher at Dalhousie University. I am excited to contribute my research experience and passion for advocacy to the Policy, Advocacy and Research committee work at ITPO.

I further pursued postgraduate training in practical dermatology in Cardiff Wales(United Kingdom)and earned a master's degree in public health from Memorial University of Canada. This diverse educational background has equipped me with a unique skill set to make meaningful contributions in the field.
